Return Policy – ZUKUDAS TCG JAPAN


14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Pre-order items are not eligible for this 14-day policy.


Eligibility

 ・Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

 ・Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


How to Start a Return

 1. Email zukudas.japan@gmail.com to request a return.

 2. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and detailed shipping instructions.

 3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 ・Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

 ・Custom or personalized products

 ・Personal-care items (e.g., cosmetics)

 ・Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 ・Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
